Invitation to take part in International Holocaust Remembrance Day Ceremony for Twin Cities

This year, like every year, people around the world will come together to commemorate and remember the victims of the Holocaust and honoring the memories of the six million Jews, and other victims, who were murdered by the Nazi regime and their collaborators.

Our city kfar Saba, will be participating in a ceremony alongside the Federation of Local Authorities in Israel to host Zikaron BaSalon.

The term Zikaron BaSalon, which literally means “remembrance in the living room”, offers a new, meaningful and intimate way to commemorate the Holocaust and address its implications through discussions at home among family, friends, colleagues and guests. Zikaron BaSalon is an NGO which operates to offer as a platform for survivors of the holocaust to share their testimonies first hand.

We would like to invite you and your city to join us as partners in this important event to commemorate the victims of the Holocaust.

The special virtual event will take place on, Thursday, 26th of January 2023 , day before The International Holocaust Remembrance Day (27/1/2023).
The meeting is scheduled to take place at 19:00 Israel time.
